This is a really excellent analysis. On Youngkin's bona fides, it will probably depend on how well conservatives can mobilize their base after the elections. Youngkin's political program sound very good ... but we then need intelligent, savvy Republican legislators to propose concrete laws to implement them, and we need to then build up huge public support for those proposals.
